My story is rooted in the understanding that inexperienced agents face unique challenges, and the best insights come from seasoned professionals. That's how my consulting journey began – I wanted to help bridge the gap between inexperienced agents and their industry success by equipping them with tools and strategies to reach their full potential, faster. I recognize that while agency owners are adept at running a business, dedicating time for comprehensive training can be challenging. That's where I step in - to provide ongoing education, strategies, and know-how from a seasoned professional's point of view, ensuring agents are equipped to succeed in the competitive world of insurance.
With 25 years of agency ownership under my belt, I understand the demands of needing to "feeding the revenue beast". In order to do so, my experience has taught me that there is immense value in coaching, training and mentorship. My mission is to share proven sales methods and strategies, focusing on relationship selling specific to the property and casualty insurance industry. Unlike "big box" consulting firms, my approach goes beyond the initial training phase because I recognize that continuous support is key. That's why I avoid costly membership or monthly fees and tailor my services and programs to address your agency's specific goals and needs.
